PMZ WALLS

The strength of the galvanized steel gives the panel its impact resistance and durability characteristics. Made of galvanized steel (thickness: 10/1O) and ready to be covered in plastic or similar material, the PMZ panel is intended for use in controlled contamination environments. The panel is mounted on an internal perimeter frame in extruded aluminium. The thickness of the finished panel is 60mm and it can be internally filled with polystyrene (PMZ-P), with aluminium honeycomb plate (PMZ-H) or with rock wool (PMZ-R).

The wall panel is available in the standard size (1222x3076x60mm) and can be made to measure according to the customer’s needs.

The wall panel can accommodate coplanar windows, ventilation grilles, electrical drop cables and boxes for housing instruments and other devices. Fire classification of the PMZ-H panel: A2-s1, d0 according to par. 10 of the EN 13501-1:2007 standard.

PMM WALLS

The panel made of stratified melamine HPL, bilaminar (thickness: 4mm), is a widely used product not only in controlled contamination environments because of its impact resistance, durability and low particle release. As coating is not required, the PMM panels allow installation times and costs to be kept to a minimum.

The panel is mounted on an internal perimeter frame in extruded aluminium. The thickness of the finished panel is 60 mm and it can be internally filled with (PMM-P) polystyrene, with (PMM-H) aluminium honeycomb plate or with (PMM-R) rock wool.

The wall panel is available in standard size (1280X3030X60mm) and can be made to measure according to the customer’s needs.

PMI WALLS

The nobility and characteristics of the metal sheet, made of AISI 304 stainless steel (thickness:  10/10), make this type of panel suitable for use in environments where extremely strict environmental standards apply. The PMI panel installation is the ideal solution for the needs of the electronics and pharmaceutical industries in production areas that are critical for the maximum containment of particulate contamination.

The panel is mounted on an internal perimeter frame in extruded aluminium. The thickness of the finished panel is 6O mm and it can be internally filled with (PMI-P) polystyrene, with (PMI-H) aluminium honeycomb plate or with (PMI-R) rock wool.

The wall panel is available in standard size (3076x1226x60mm) and can be made to measure, according to the customer’s needs.

Fire reaction classification of the PMI-H panel: A2-s1, d0 according to par. 10 of the EN 13501 – 1:2007 standard.

PMV WALLS

The use of glass walls is an optimal choice when light and very good visibility are needed in the working environment. The press-bent AISI 304 stainless steel profiles with a glossy finish guarantee high standards of sturdiness in the frame and resistance to cleaning products. The profile design also simplifies cleaning operations.

The Visarm 10/11 safety glass is firmly anchored inside the frame by double sided adhesive silicone mastic. The conformation of the wall allows easy replacement of damaged glass. The top part of the partition can end with a stainless steel cusp, eliminating horizontal surfaces and limiting the accumulation of dust.

The wall panel is available in standard size, with a thickness of 60 and 63mm, and can be made to measure, according to the customer’s needs. The modules of the glazed partition are also installed by means of the assembly system, which allows a single panel to be removed without having to intervene on the others, by sliding the locking keys along the grooves. In this way, installation times and possible maintenance times are greatly reduced.
