MAELSTROM COMPONENT WASHER
The Maelstrom Series component washer, in standard and XL versions, is the meeting point between the modern operational needs for washing and decontaminating equipment and components used in sterile production processes and the people who, like Officine Ceccacci, have always studied and created stainless steel solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
From this encounter the special characteristics of the MAELSTROM design are born.
It is designed for use in washing rooms for the cleaning processes of format parts for sterile filling lines. It is a machine made of AISI 316L stainless steel and plastic components that comply with FDA and USP guidelines. It is suitable for washing and drying format parts, glassware and dispensing vessels and all accessories used in filling and preparation/dispensing processes.

The Maelstrom Series component washers integrate seamlessly into the cleanroom. The front faces of the machine are completely coplanar with the installation walls.
WASHING SYSTEM WITH
HEADS AND NOZZLES.
The machine and drum can be customised, depending on the loads to be treated. Dirt is removed through dynamic water percussion. Rotating heads, static nozzles and rotating arms can be integrated to offer the best washing performance.
REMOVABLE STAINLESS STEEL
WASHING BASKET.
It is made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, and can be fully customised. Shape, size, arrangement and type of shelves, number and arrangement of nozzles can be optimised according to the loads to be washed and dried. The washing drum is equipped with a mechanical safety lock.
LOCK WITH EXCLUSIVE DESIGN
AND ROUNDED SHAPES.
These features make the closing manoeuvre simple and safe, in compliance with the cleanliness and cleanability criteria typical of controlled contamination environments. Design patent.
DOOR CONNECTION
HINGES.
This evolved version of the exclusive Officine Ceccacci hinge (already used on steel doors) is a new hinge with three connection points. Each component of the hinge is aerodynamically shaped to allow for better cleaning. Design patent.
SELF-CLEANING
SPHERICAL CONNECTION.
System with a clean design that guarantees a perfect seal even if the drum and machine are misaligned. Connection between wash drum and utilities supply group. Utility model patent for transferring fluids in the basket.
