DOOR AND WALL ACCESSORIES

To complete the cleanroom line, OC S.r.l. manufactures stainless steel ventilation grilles, containers, plates and stainless steel accessories for wall-applied utilities.

We make door knobs and window frames for modular doors and walls, or for masonry/plasterboard walls. The visual system, made of VISARM 6/7 glass, with an AISI 304 stainless steel internal spacer, are carefully sealed with silicone mastic, thus making it possible to maintain the flatness of the surfaces.

CABINETS

All cabinets can be equipped with accessories such as shelves, grids, clothes hanger rods, flat or inclined tops: everything can be customised according to the required configuration, the distribution of spaces and the customer’s needs.

CLOTHING CABINETS
Made with stainless steel, pre-painted sheet metal or HPL, they can be equipped with several shelves, ventilation grille, coat hangers, umbrella drainer, flat or inclined top, ventilation system and feet, guaranteeing a multiplicity of configurations. The cabinets can be integrated into the wall system or form independent islands, according to the distribution of the spaces available. Surfaces are guaranteed to be flat for easy cleaning.

CABINETS FOR OBJECTS AND SHELVES
Intended for use in sterile environments, they are made of stainless steel with rounded corners and edges. They can have several shelves for the distribution of gowns, overalls, shoe covers, hats and gloves, a waste disposal compartment with a tilt-and-turn system, a ventilation system and a flat or inclined top if not integrated into the wall system.

DISPENSER CABINETS
Dispenser for pharmaceutical clothing, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with wrapper collector at the bottom. Single-chamber dispensing unit with 3 stainless steel rod grilled shelves for the distribution of gowns and lower collector with tilt-and-turn opening and bag-holding device, with glossy finish on the visible surfaces. Lab coat hanger module equipped with internal shelf. The hollow-core doors are equipped with a magnetic closure system. This cabinet is of the modular type; it is built-in and flush with the wall. It is also available in the version with sharp edges. Dispenser for pharmaceutical caps, clothes and shoe covers, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with waste collector at the bottom. The doors are equipped with a magnetic closure system. This cabinet is built-in and flush with the wall.

FLUSH DISPENSER CABINET
Built-in cabinet, flush with the wall, for pharmaceutical clothing, with rod for opposing door leaves. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (thickness: 12/10) with a glossy finish on the visible surfaces. Internal compartment with rounded edges and corners, with perforated ventilation grille positioned in the upper part to ensure the flow of air. Hollow-core doors fitted with magnetic retaining closure and equipped with perforated ventilation grille positioned in the lower part. Inside, the wardrobe is supplied with perforated AISI 304 stainless steel shelves, spaced according to requirements, together with a clothes hanger rod/hanger holder.

Our best known products include benches with a pressure-bent tubular stainless steel frame, completely covered with AISI 304 sheet steel with a glossy or satin finish and rounded corners and edges, clothing cabinets and item-holders made of stainless steel, pre-painted sheet metal and HPL.

Support plates for Petri dishes, particle counter devices, glove holders in AISI 304 stainless steel, polished finish, thickness: 15/10, with edges and rear plate for wall mounting. Size 300×135mm approx.

FOOTWEAR/HEADWEAR HOLDER
Shoe cover dispenser made of AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 15/10, with glossy finish and 2 trays for distributing shoe covers and rear plate for wall mounting. Size L330xH815xD155mm approx. Also available in single tray version.
